1. Reinstall Podcasts App –

This workaround did not work for all, but it is worth trying.

  1. Touch and hold the Podcasts app icon.
  2. Tap Remove App.

2. Disable AirPlay –

When not using music, disabling AirPlay is suggested. Doing so will help conserve battery usage.

  1. Open Control Center (swipe down from the upper-right corner of the screen).

  3. Tap Stop AirPlay or Stop Mirroring.
