When looking for products or services I go to social media. Mainly to get feedback from my network but I am ALWAYS impressed when brands are listening and engaged. I recently was trying to find a webcast / conference call solution and what I got in responses surprised me. Not only did the brands I mentioned get involved but other brands got into the conversation and even some advocates for the products.
