In the fashion industry, there is trademark protection but no copyright protection. You can copy any clothing or accessories and sell it as your own design. You can’t copy the trademark label. It’s the same in the food industry. You cannot copyright a recipe. It’s the same in the automobile industry. You cannot copyright the sculptural design.
