There is actually a way to make sure that the links you post in Google+ are considered to be “do follow” links. To show this, I have turned on a Firefox add-on that shows whether or not a link is “nofollow” or not. It is a “nofollow” link: Click on the image above it in order to enlarge it.

If your website is receiving reduced web traffic or the present strategy in place is not working as efficiently as it once did then you probably have been penalized by Google. Every web portal has to abide by Google’s webmaster guidelines to reach amongst the top ranking in search engine results. Why did we get the Penalty?

Google is looking at your link profile, so you should be too! If your backlink profile looks unnatural Google will penalize your blog which in turn harms your search engine ranking. UR or URL rating is in direct correlation with Google rankings and pages with high UR usually get better rankings in search engines.

It has been around three years since I owned a website where the main income source was Google Adsense, but I recently picked up a great site which was pulling in a respectable $50 per day from the service. Sometime last year Google allowed you to change the font and size of the text in the ads you display. Google aren’t stupid.

Now that I had my niche, it was time to get a domain. This domain would become the home of my million dollar website so it had to be good. When you’re thinking about domain names for affiliate sites, its best to be as relevant as possible, but also choose something brandable. Good stuff!

Analyse the Search Volume The first step you need to do before trying to rank for any keyphrase in Google, is to find out how many people are searching for it. It’s completely pointless being number one in Google for “dog umbrellas&# if nobody is typing it into the search box and looking to keep their dogs dry in the rain.
