Disqus Comment System : I’ve used Disqus pretty much from the jump. I’m perfectly happy with Disqus. TweetDeck : You may not know this about me, but I’m on Twitter a lot. I use the web version of TweetDeck to manage my various streams and stay on top of what is happening in the world.

With TweetDeck You can monitor not only important Twitter mentions but also update and monitor what is happening that is relevant for You on Facebook and Linkedin. HootSuite ( [link] - free) is another tool to monitor what is happening.

Twitter Tweetdeck I use Tweetdeck for serious twitter sessions. It doesn’t have the advanced functionality of Tweetdeck (such as cross-posting to Facebook), but it’s so easy-to-use that it’s my favorite Twitter app. I’ve seen my average number of comments increase since I moved to Disqus.

I tweet more frequently too, using HootSuite (my favorite Twitter application by far) to schedule tweets down the road. HootSuite puts all the accounts in one single interface (you can do the same with TweetDeck and Seesmic, I believe), but in terms of passwords, I usually use KeePass to store them with other relevant account information.
