Use a 3rd party Twitter software solution. It’s great software, works on Windows and Mac, and they recently updated with some great new features. There are many users that think using automated software is evil, spammy, etc. Of course many won’t care at all. Don’t take my word for it.

Xmarks – Managing bookmarks can be tedious, but Xmarks is a great little piece of software. You create an account, and install the software on all your machines, and whalla, you can ensure that your browser bookmarks are synced up across all your computers. Sidebar – URL shortening is all the rave, and bit.ly very useful.

I know that you can do this through spreadsheets, email or time tracking software but again having all of this in one place… are you seeing a trend here. Wave could be a seamless integration of gmail contacts and CRM. I have always disliked IM because the other person tends to get insulted if you don't answer back ASAP.
