Evernote I still like and use Delicious to bookmark stuff I come across on the Interwebs, but I find myself increasingly using Evernote because of the little notes I can write to myself. As of now, I have Amplify set up to auto-post to Twitter, Facebook (I can sync it to either my personal or business page, or both) Google Buzz and Delicious. It syncs with several platforms. There are several other options, such as Flickr, Tumblr, WordPress, Blogger, etc… even Ping.fm. Read All About It!

Some tools you can use are Social Mention , Trackur , and PostRank. Some (OK, most) of them I have not been asking myself, nor have I been checking out PostRank, which I should. PostRank is becoming one of my favorite tools. If you haven’t already, get measurement tools to measure all your social activities. Have a nice one.
