I always referred to it as something like “a website with dynamic content and social media capabilities.” Our community was now creating the bulk of our content. With Google Analytics I can see if people are engaging with our blog’s content and then use that information to adapt to the preferences of site visitors. Efficiency.

Just like Posterous, you can use Amplify as your primary blogging platform, as well as auto-post to your own blog. The first is that I use Amplify for different content than I blog about. My catch is that I just dont use it that often, dont Amplify enough OTHER content. You can set up your own blog. I just cant do any more.
