Tools for Sharing Content: Amplify. Use HootSuite to publish content to multiple social media accounts and/or platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Ping.fm (which pushes to many other platforms) and now they’ve just added WordPress functionality. Options to post content to 50+ social media sites and more!

Social media has revolutionised how we search for our content. Google is still very powerful, people read blogs, watch YouTube, use Twitter and social bookmarking sites to find their content. I strongly recommend using a pinging program like Ping.FM Provide Exclusive Content for your Facebook Page.

They will come back if you can effectively convince them… but you have to have good content. What is good content on Facebook? We don’t know exactly how Facebook judges content, but we know they look at three scores using their EdgeRank indicator: Affinity: This is a measure of how much a user’s fans like his page.

There are several other options, such as Flickr, Tumblr, WordPress, Blogger, etc… even Ping.fm. The first is that I use Amplify for different content than I blog about. My catch is that I just dont use it that often, dont Amplify enough OTHER content. You can set up your own blog.

When posting content, use the “except&# feature to post only to selected people. Saving Time by Cross-Posting Content to more than One Social Network WordPress Plugin for Facebook: Wordbook On other sites, use the FB login, such as Trip Advisor. Go beyond just content contribution and contribute to the overall well being of the blog by helping promote other authors as well by following lists created specifically with blog members, contributors, supporters, etc. how to wordpress ? com blogs), Ping.fm, and FourSquare accounts.
