Without a doubt each one of these stores had a callout to “like them on Facebook,” or to “check-in on foursquare” or to “follow us on Twitter”. When I peeped out the profiles on my phone I found: Facebook – one-way communications and push marketing. If you guessed yes, you were incorrect. So what could they do better?
