Not only have I heard and seen a zillion blog posts and news reports about the latest Facebook changes in the hours following the press conference, many of the posts were even published during the press conference – all indicative of the frenzy to cover all things Facebook. Instead, I suggested that I blog about key learnings from the conference which I felt would benefit my readers and community. I was given free registration for the conference, though I paid all travel expenses out of pocket – quite a hit on my credit card. Again, this was their choice to make and I completely respect that.
