Are we going to embed this live stream on our website, the conference website, in Facebook or another site? Ask them if they have a firewire cable from the camera to the computer. If not, ask if they have a RCA cable and video capture card. Tell the AV team they need to capture an audio feed from the sound board and plug it into the camera.

The reception after the first day. For vendors, the fact you had to walk past them to get to lunch. the mix of vendors/expo hall exhibitors. the iPhone App RAWKED!!!! The Twitter feed (FYI, a cool idea would be to have a wall displaying the twitter stream in the main hallway). The YAP party (of course).
