Brand Ambassador / Personality – a person or persona that officially represents the company on Twitter. There should certainly be policies in place to prevent missteps in this area, but there is a big upside to encouraging editorial participation. So there’s no reason not to set up them up as a foundation building step.

And yes, as a former Time Incer, I know all about the virulent anti-Communism that ran through the company when Hank Luce was still alive. publisher, say in an interview that he had brought about a change in Time Magazine’s undesirable news policies. Not would you’d expect, I know, but a guy’s gotta make a living.
