We have data sheets in other areas, pharmaceuticals. We just look at them and say if it’s good enough for pharmaceutical companies, for electronics, and for cereal and Tim Tams, it’s good enough for you, mate. It’s a secret recipe, although they’re happy to do that in their marketing.

In the past few months, I’ve dealt with companies who are unfortunate victims of bad links in Google, but those links refer to incidents that are years old (and are even resolved). Public safety comes first but reputation management is something the company may want to engage in. Hope you get better.
