Personally, the first thing I do when looking at a company is see if they have a Twitter, Facebook, etc. account and then look at them. What do you think?

I didn’t realize exactly how important culture was to me in a company until I started working somewhere that valued it. It goes beyond Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, etc. When first wading into social media, brands tend to only play in the bottom 1 or 2 sections, but as progress is shown and the company and marketers get more familiar with it they begin adding the other layers on.

If you or your company is running a PPC campaign then you should have a list of keywords you’re bidding on and have a core set that are the most valuable to you. I'm a little skeptic because I know how incredibly annoying it can be sometimes when companies search for keywords in my tweets and then follow me based on that.
