After updating my iPad to iOS 5, I converted my previously bulletproof tablet to a hunk of junk that crashed almost every time I loaded up Mail, Safari, StumbleUpon and EverNote. Basically, everything I loved about my iPad had crashed and burned…and my faith in Apple was shaken. I just updated my iPad to iOS 5.0.1
