When I first started writing this post, I was going to call it “How I Use Twitter.” ” Then I thought again, because a) I’m not as frenetically active on Twitter these days as I used to be, and b) who the heck cares how I use Twitter? Where Twitter for PR usually begins… and ends.

It doesn’t matter if you’re using Twitter, or LinkedIn, or Facebook, or. And, by the way, “social PR” is not simply about pitching reporters via Twitter.

It integrates with Twitter, which was the first reason I took to it. So when I post to Amplify, it posts to Twitter as well (assuming I’ve set up the sync) – and I can post to as many Twitter accounts as I like. I know we can do that for Twitter through HootSuite, etc., It’s easy.

In my condensed timeline, focusing on my email list became critical to help me amass an audience in which to build community and eventually sell to. I’ve found that one of the most important things to do, when trying to build one’s online community, is to participate consistently in your preferred channels. Now, I know you can do this through HootSuite, for example, or several other platforms. Inevitably, then, the time question comes up. Post Planner.
