My rules are based on a combination of factors, like why I am on Twitter, my personal standard of ethics, my perception of community values, and Twitter’s TOS. Rules have numerous origins. There are both moral and legal proscriptions against murder.

It has elements of Wikipedia (community editing) and enough rules, etiquette and oversight to be really pleasant most of the time. I've really been enjoying Quora. If you haven't used it, it's basically a Q&A site where people post questions and others answer, comment and rank the responses. I've learned.
