When I teach workshops, there are certain stumbling blocks to smart social PR strategy that come up frequently. As the workshop facilitator, it’s my job to help participants understand how to overcome these challenges or, at the very least, find a way to deal with them that’s not quite as painful. Too much to do, not enough time.

I left DC on Monday to conduct a workshop for IABC/Houston. Why: typos notwithstanding, I really like the way Robert gives concrete suggestions not just in his post, but in the comments as well. After getting back, catching up on work and then my Reader, I found there was a whole lotta stuff I’d been missing out on.
