A Blog is a Better Social Media Hub Than Twitter

If you’re relying on Twitter as your social media hub, you’re limiting your potential for impact and influence. Twitter is excellent for distribution , but if you’re going to communicate original ideas, you’ll need a blog (or something similar). A blog is less dominated by spam than Twitter.

Recurring Tweets Outlawed By Twitter Rules

Update: Bill Barnett pointed out in a comment Oct. There have been many reports that Twitter has “announced&# that recurring tweets would become a Terms of Service Violation. We don’t want to see any duplicate tweets whatsoever- They pollute Twitter, and tools shouldn’t be given to enable people to break the rules.
