Does it matter who follows you on Twitter or Facebook?

So unless the follower truly warrants ignoring, ignore their comments and mentions of you at your own peril. I mean if you have 10,000 followers or fans, but 1/2 of them are bots or people who haven’t use the social network in 45 days, is this really something to toot your horn about? So, does it matter who follows you?

Why use social media for engaged customer service?

On G+ none the less, the least populated social network out there (but with the highest geeks/post ratio). A couple of days earlier, I noticed this person from Sprout Social started following me. They had some road bumps, they apologized. It isn’t a federal case, everyone can move on. But they aren’t done.
