Maybe Radian6 , SM2 , Trackur or one of these social media listening tools I mention when I give talks on social media. Pay attention to who is listening to the negative comment. Great, cool, you’re on the right track. Remember an opposing viewpoint merely gives you an opportunity to start a conversation.
