With names such as SEO Forum, SEO Outsourcing, and Herbalife, it is pathetic that despite clear instructions that real names are required when adding comments, people continue to leave comments with their company names or other search engine optimized keywords. I wonder if these people are following a manual when commenting.

It is common for companies (who don’t comprehend a blog comment is akin to having a conversation) to hire people to write manual comments on blogs all over the place in the hope an unsuspecting reader will click to learn more about the company product. Effective immediately, everyone’s first comment requires my approval.

Having negative comments on your Facebook wall or blog means you’re doing something right! Take those negative comments from your pagans, and address it in a way that talks to your core believers! What can you post today on Facebook, Twitter, a blog’s comment section, etc. You’re too cheap. You’re too expensive.

It took two years for me to consider allowing non-spam blog comments to appear here, and not restrict comments to people with real names. Me : Blog comment question: If someone writes a NAME other than a real name, do you care? Me : Yes, if someone comments as “Blah blah company&# or as “someone&# but not a NAME.
