Each element has its own chapter: F ocus, L anguage and Content, I ncentives & Motivations & Outreach, R ules Guidelines & Rituals, T ools. . The other reason this acronym works is that each section represented is not only in order of steps, but importance. I particularly appreciated the process of the FLIRT model.
