When I was having some issues adding the commenting system to my web site, I was able to quickly get a response from the JS-Kit team and their users. You can have a create a network or a group bookmarking account so that anyone can add new bookmarks, tags to existing, and add comments. Delicious is my favorite one to use for this.

I scan 275 RSS feeds in Google Reader and I use dozens of bookmarklets and shortcuts to help me manage it all. In addition, if youre a Google Readers shared items (yes, you Scoble !) or Google Reader shared feed through Yahoo Alerts. I was using Gmail as a repository of site logings, passwords etc.
