Now, I’m not commenting on the overall transparency of either organization nor am I taking sides here, (I know better than to play that game) but it appears that the BBC may have wanted to consult with an SEO before going to print. This move has again damaged the ability of the site to rank.

My only everyday social network is IM, though Orkut(which seems to be missing from a lot of lists) is the place which has all my school friends, even the ones who don’t know to use IM. And, can we please have a “Notify me of follow up comments&# plugin here? I really appreciate the other comments above. P.S. Excel?

Gloson : Firstly, you must be patient if you don’t get visitors immediately (I haven’t got my first comment until the fourth month I’ve been blogging!). Sean McGee is a huge U2 fan like his dad (yes, that Matt ).

So I think it only makes sense to find a way to separate our online social circles. Thanks for commenting! Topical profiles are what I’d call the new norm. I ran a sports site until just recently, and I LOVED to talk sports from that Twitter account. not so much sports fans). Thanks for posting.
