Facebook Dislike Button is a Bad Idea

If I feel strongly about an item, either positively or negatively, I can leave a comment. The Dislike Button is the ultimate lazy feature for people who lack the time, or something else, to engage in actual conversation. Items that are offensive can be brought to Facebook’s attention with the Report button throughout the site.

My Brief List of 54 Twitter Rules (Did I Miss Any?)

No one can see your ongoing “conversation,” so a tweet that simply says “I hear ya” is of no value. Add your top Twitter rules in a comment before Nov. Don’t use abbreviations like “LOL.”. Never use “I can haz” in a tweet. Or anywhere else. Put enough info in a tweet so that it can stand on its own. Don’t use emoticons. Did I miss any?
