Which comes first social media or social media culture?

Collaboration. Control is paternalistic, suffocating, obscure, the exact opposite of empowerment which is collaborative, open and illuminating. The internal aspect should focus on communication and training with an emphasis on transparency and collaboration. Social is about openness and inviting collaboration.
