Last week I asked via Twitter what the shelf life of a blog post was. Let’s make sure that we can add an element of longevity to digital content that extends beyond the lifespan of the campaign. Soft metrics could be measured in so many ways beyond the lifespan of a “campaign” if we set them up to be.
