I was recently given the opportunity to use a Motorola XOOM for almost 3 months by my good friend Mark Farnen , whose client is Verizon Wireless (Verizon is the carrier providing 3G/4G service for the XOOM). But would you go out and buy one tomorrow?&#. So should you buy a XOOM or an iPad? XOOMing in. Absolutely.

This is just a lovely little lavalier mic (not wireless), that you can use, with an adapter, to enhance your audio. It won’t work on your iPhone unless you buy the… 6. Audio-Technica ATR3350 Lavalier Mic ($22.34). So, say you want to do video interviews, or recordings, from your iPhone, it’s terrific.

I figured the resulting selection of additional ecards (you’re limited in your selection if you use the free service) would more than offset what I would otherwise pay to actually buy a card, mail it to someone, etc. I also now use Plaxo to make and send our own holiday cards , which has cut down significantly on holiday postage.

Vest-less Now, I am not, and have not been, an AT&T customer (I’m quite happy with Verizon Wireless). You’ve been using Twitter quite delightfully to poke fun at AT&T’s wireless service. If AT&T offers to buy your handle and everything that goes with it, will you sell out? Absolutely! Small bills.

Once you buy it, install it on your iPhone and computer (and I have it on my iPad as well, and no, I didn’t have to pay over). I highly recommend it. PhotoSync app is just… brilliant. What this does is let you wirelessly transfer photos, which is great – no more cables or emailing photos!
