My solution has been to respond with a note that the publisher doesn’t allow me to distribute that material (that’s true) and suggest that they buy a copy of the book that includes a CD. Buy something, get something. I’ve been told I should make an eBook. Let it be posted on every social platform of choice and then watch as it seeds through other communities (which is likely to happen and shows that your marketing is viral). Of course, you can also just use a Facebook application for that. Great stuff.

Oh…and I MAKE them buy your book… hehee~! While I’m a big fan of the O’reilly books, I will certainly buy the one you recommended since IMHO you are a very credible resource. Still, people buy into programs without knowing and doing research. Make educated buying decisions! And so much more.
