StumbleUpon Channels: Which Media Brands Are Doing Well?

It has been a couple months since StumbleUpon rolled out its Channel pages for all members so I thought I’d check in and see how media brands are doing. To-date the media brands with the largest following have attracted 5,000 to 7,000 followers with quite a few channels still under 1,000. DeviantART is also doing well.

JVC Facebook Page Sweepstakes a Big Success. But Does it Violate.

UPDATE: I contacted Dennis Yu , who gave me this information: Facebook requires that brands get approval in advance and spend at least $10k, which is what JVC did. But based on Dennis’ input, it sounds like the promotions guidelines change based on how much money a company is willing to spend on Facebook for a particular promotion.
