Book Review: Engage!

Surprisingly, though, it turned out not to be the first of his books I read this year. The good folks over at Wiley sent me a review copy of his latest book, Engage! Basics of listening, engagement and audience/influencer identification. If I had to offer one criticism, it would be that the book needs a good editor.
