Most existing social media monitoring software doesn’t go much further than presenting the user with a set of two or three word phrases that appear most often in posts. Another method that Ive been impressed by is Gary Kings "Nonparametric Content Analysis" (its what powers Crimson Hexagon). Why not book me for a speaking gig ?
