Response times went downhill and bloggers like me got fed up with inaccurate metrics and delayed delivery. Feedburner used to be a wonderful company with an amazing tool that had responsive customer service — until Google bought them. Social sharing can also be customized and embedded inside the emails and RSS feeds.
