Some of the biggest news in the blogging world over the last week was without a doubt Google’s announcement that on June 1st, they’re closing Google Reader. Paraphrasing their own words, the usage of Reader is smaller than ever, and Google want to focus on fewer products.

June 1st : 6,866 May 31st : 7,543 Change : +677 I really don’t know what is going on (I’m still down over 1,000 Google Reader subscribers compared to usual) so that would suggest I’m at least over 8,500. What they don’t know is it provides you additional exposure as long as you create a valuable content.
