Instead of seeing beyond who has a bigger Johnson, companies and agencies are falling into an age old rut and missing out on the obvious staring them in the face. This is common from the smallest small business to the largest corporation.

The change triggered a lot of negative blog posts in the social media and community management communities. As someone who manages social media internally for a brand, my initial thought was, “Hey, this sucks.” Less can be More.
