I recommend TURNING ON EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS so you get emails on the following: Now the fun part: START! When you get a new follower, you will get an email notification (if email notifications are TURNED ON). Alternatively, when you are in Twitter, go to Notifications to see who has followed you.
