Links on blogs: if you write a blog, you probably link to outside sources fairly regularly. Its a great way to find more thought leaders and blogs. Doesn’t work both ways: It would be awesome if when I saw a link shared by someone else I could share it to Twitter, Facebook or LinkedIn from Trunk.ly

I’ve been fairly vocal on this blog, in my training and with my clients about my wariness of measuring social influence. Since I wrote that blog post, we seen people get hired (or not) based on their Klout scores ( really? ). That article sums up what so many have known in their gut, but have been unable to articulate.
