So I tell her all this stuff, and I think, "Okay, were going to have a conversation about authority or social construction or whatever." Its a Wiki Map for crime in Brazil. In fact, one of the things Furtado says in starting the Wiki crime map was, "This information may or may not exist some place in society, but its actually easier for me to try to rebuild it from scratch than to try and get it from the authorities who might have it now.". When appropriate, instead of blog or tree, use blogs and trees. As Ive shifted towards reading a more diverse set of resources (primarily blogs and discussion groups), Ive come to realize that I get more relevant diverse and deeper information from these sources.
