To me, Twitter is about building relationships. Like all social media tools, there is no one right way to use Twitter. Like all social media tools, there is no one right way to use Twitter. Way to take the “social&# right out of social media. We’re just not a good fit.

In fact, the shop is even leveraging social networking tools. I know this because I saw the big “Follow Us on Twitter&# sign on the cash register. And, now that they’ve armed me with the news that they’re using Twitter, I went online after my last visit to share my thoughts about their level of customer service.

How you set-up and manage your Twitter account has a huge impact on how many people decide to follow you (translation: follow = subscribe and have the chance to read what you post). It is all public and searchable by anyone, not limited to those who follow you or only those who use Twitter. I’m very happy to oblige.

On Twitter, the connections are less clear because it isn’t necessary for both parties to mutually agree to the connection. How then do we tell others about about a Twitterer we feel would be worthy of the attention of our network (a.k.a. followers, in Twitter-speak)?? Found it on Twitter. And I love #favpeep.
