The so-called “gurus” relentlessly preach a gospel of Customer Avatars and Empathy Maps, telling you that you must know the hopes, fears, and dreams of your readership in order to effectively position your offer. Quantcast: the least-known online weapon. Have you heard of Quantcast ? Okay not really, but it got me mad.
