HootSuite puts all the accounts in one single interface (you can do the same with TweetDeck and Seesmic, I believe), but in terms of passwords, I usually use KeePass to store them with other relevant account information. Social technologies make syndication and aggregation simple. You can easily kill multiple birds with one stone - automate your blog posts out on Twitter, which in turn sends your tweets to Facebook - but its important to not overdo it and run the risk of becoming a robot.
