I wrote about the Forrester Wave™: Social Media Listening Platforms, Q1 2009 a year ago and just found out today a new wave has been released from a friend - The Forrester Wave™: Listening Platforms, Q3 2010 - C onverseon, Nielsen, And Radian6 Lead A Fragmented Market by Zach Hofer-Shall with Suresh Vittal ( who I saw most recently at the Sentiment Analysis Symposium in NYC a few months ago ), Emily Murphy, Michael J. Nine vendors were included in this Wave – Alterian, Collective Intellect , Converseon, Cymfony , evolve24, Dow Jones, Nielsen, Radian6 and Visible Technologies.
