I didn’t stay with Verizon Wireless, my cellular provider for over a decade, either. At the Wireless Advocates kiosk at a local Costco warehouse store, I asked my remaining questions and bought it with a 2-year contract for the reasonable rate of $139.99 (over $100 cheaper than on T-Mobile’s website). So far so good.

Hoping We Act More Cellularly Responsible

The April 26, 2004 issue of New York magazine contains an article about our emotional attachment to mobile devices. It was manufactured by Nokia, powered by Verizon Wireless, and, in 2000, was my new best friend. Reading it, I chuckled and wondered why we haven’t changed our behaviors. I remember when I bought my first cellphone.
