The goal was initially to get me back in the swing of blog commenting, and when I was auto-tweeting posts from my favorite blogs, I was rarely commenting on them.

One way to make sure you are getting what you want from your feed reader is organizing your feeds into particular folders. My Google Reader is sorted by topic, plus a special folder for commenters on Kikolani. That way you don’t lose a good article in a sea of minor updates from one site. Gmail Labels.
