Where Do You Tweet?

The application seemed too slow to me, and let’s face it, in the early days, it was slow. But then one of my social media savvy friends introduced me to TweetDeck. The only problem I had with TweetDeck was it seemed to constantly be crashing, which, if you work and live social media like I do, can be very frustrating.

While TweetDeck and HootSuite allow you to create lists and columns to sort tweets, they don’t allow you to do any actual in-column sorting. Which is why, when I saw Twimbow my eyes may have gotten a little glassy and my first response may have been, “SO PRETTY!&# before I even knew what it did. Seriously, so pretty, right?

So here it is (and its easy): If you really insist on, or enjoy the convenience of, linking your tweets to Facebook, use the Selective Tweets application on Facebook. Selective Tweets or only posting certain tweets to FB via Tweetdeck etc is a great way to integrate but not alienate. Much appreciated.
