What do you make of the meteoric rise of the iPhone and iPad ? I would argue that it's something else: these corporate designers have figured out something that other technology and consumer electronic goods companies still struggle with: Apple , Google and Amazon have done an amazing job of removing the technology from their technology.

Currently, she is at the South by Southwest Conference in Austin, Texas, from where she is blogging. Everywhere people are walking around with their new iPad 2, which they purchased after waiting in a very long line next to Apple’s pop-up store this Saturday. Foursquare launched a new edition JUST before SXSW.
