I believe Kurrently has the potential to make Facebook a much larger player in the social CRM world, as companies can now instantly see just how much they are being mentioned on that platform. Either way, the implications for Kurrently and the real-time Web are profound. As Gilbert pointed out, our own intersection is a good example.
