If you’re just doing it for fun or personal reasons, then maybe consider WordPress.com , Tumblr , or Blogger in that order. Anytime someone asks to be a guest blogger, I send them those guidelines. Good ones include Best of the Web Blog Directory , Technorati , Alltop , and Blogarama. How do you moderate spam?
